Natalie Morris
“I’ve been making pots forever–starting with a night school class during World War II which let me know clay was for me. Three sons and eight moves later, we moved to Helena, Montana. The brick yard there had a pottery the Archie Bray foundation, which had classes. I’ve been making pots ever since.
Later we built just out of Carbondale, where I had a studio including kilns and space to spare! Summer, I took advantage of workshops at Anderson Ranch in Aspen.
We moved back to Denver five years ago. I still make pots, but not as many! I have been grateful to have my own special interest.”
Natalie Morris is currently a Senior member of the Colorado Potters Guild.
